From never holding a stick with skates on...to my first goal! How did this happen...?
Im not going to lie...it felt pretty good :D.
This is my third season now after never playing hockey as a kid. One day my buddy convinced me to go public skating, buy all the hockey equipment needed, and join a mens league team all in one day. By the way...games in 4 hours...
Oh, and this is without having skated in the last 14 years! LOL. I'm still not sure what I was thinking...but hey, good times! I love a challenge.
My first game the team gave me the MVP trophy (lets be serious...out of pitty) shown in the pic on the left. The pic on the right is something special. One of my team mates went through an amazing effort to hand make me some hardware to rest my in game goal puck. Such an honour! Hard 4!
