Being able to help clients like these two is what makes what I do for a living personally fulfilling. The first time home buyer process is a very cool thing to be a part of. I was once a first time home buyer...and from experience I can tell you that when all of your hard work pays off and those keys are handed to you...the grind of life is worth it. 

Experiencing those emotions from the other side of the table is pretty special. Having the ability, and being entrusted to teach and guide clients through (generally) the biggest purchase of their lives, is something I never take for granted as a Realtor. I often like to use the word 'honoured' to describe the feeling I get from what I do for my clients, and these two are no exception.
