While we all enjoy these new tools that are created for us everyday through technology, it is important to keep things in perspective as well. Sometimes technology does not have all of the answers, and to everyones suprise, not everything on the Internet is fact! (wait...what?). Its true! and it is best that you keep this in mind first and foremost with Real Estate. If you want to trust the internet to be your source of confidence when making some of the biggest financial decisions of your life, I would have to suggest finding something else to seek an adrenaline rush from.
