Another done deal for one of my great clients. Sometimes I'm not able to post in real time, but late late last night I was able to get this deal to go firm in this absolutley insane market that we have been experiencing this summer.

The norm right now in the Oakville and Mississauga area is to see properties sell for A LOT more than the original asking price. The competition is at an all time high, and bidding wars are just a part of the offer process this summer with the way the market has been. I have regularly been seeing properties sell for up to $80,000 - $130,000 over the list price.

With VERY quick action, I was able to actualy negotiate $5,000 off of the asking price for this gorgeous 3-storey townhouse in Oakville. I have no doubt that if we did not act as quick as we did, and the property was able to have a second open house today, this house could have sold for $50,000 more than my client paid for it...and I am not exagerating.
