My out of town client wasn’t able to get to his property…and it’s not going to shovel itself for our showings.
Property management can be part of the equation when helping clients sell their homes. A Realtor should view themselves as an extension of the home owner, and treat their listings with responsibility and dedication.
Make sure you work with a Realtor who is actually willing to work for you, and not just push some paper around.
Trust is everything.
